Roles and Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities :
To handle Inbound/Outbound calls of Urban ladder customers or guests and to follow up on cases till resolution is provided.
Willing to be an excellent customer advocate internally and stand up for what's right by the customer Willing to work fast and be flexible with work timings/schedule and availability.
(Shift timings is between 8: am to 8:pm) 6 day working module
Fluent in English and any 2-regional languages
Ecommerce and hospitality experience will be a huge bonus
Problem solving ability
