Job Description -

Delivery of Topline Revenue for the Area assigned

Market mapping on both Demand and Supply-side

Responsibility for Delivery of Partner and Customer Targets for assigned areas

Formulating and executing strategies to ensure the targeted growth

Expansion of serviceable areas

Responsibility of expanding vehicle categories in line with organizational goals

Gather market and competitive intelligence from various sources and create actionable insights

Execute Marketing and Branding initiatives

Manage team and ensure target delivery through team

Use data to drive productivity and penetration in the market

Ensure smooth implementation of product changes and gather real-time feedback regarding the same.

Process improvement and feedback on the process

SKILLS:

Ability to train, coach and support the team members

Good Team Management skills

Good Communication & Interpersonal Skills

Should be extremely good in making reports, interpreting them and driving insights out of the same
