Business Development Executive
Roles and Responsibilities
Responsible to generate leads for educational services through cold callingFix meetings or appointments, meet personal targets and work towards sales goals
and profitability
Provide engaging and articulate information about educational programs details to potential
customers and build a sales pipeline for the Sales Team.
Counsel and advise customers in specific curriculum decisions including the choice and
scheduling of courses of educational programs
Maintain well organized, up-to-date and accurate sales information and activity reports in the
Salesforce CRM system.
Demonstrates the ability to interact professionally with potential customers via phone, email,
telephone conferencing, to discover their needs and develop a positive relationship with the
customers.
Work closely within a sales team and develop cooperative working relationships with all
company colleagues.
Provide accurate and timely information as required to project managers, the delivery team and
senior management
