Job Description -
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES -
Responsible for Increasing our share of business in Ayurveda products with existing outlets in given territory.
Generate and convert leads for new outlets in the given territory for Ayurvedic products. Visit Ayurvedic outlets and generate orders. Responsible for primary sales.
Train the new retailers in using the Saveo app for placing orders.
Resolve customer complaints and maintain an effective communication channel between the customers and the company.
Communicate and successfully run schemes and promotions designed by the company. Provide market feedback and assist in developing the Ayurveda category. KPI’s
Percentage share of Ayurveda category.
Total GMV generated per day, growth in GMV.
Growth in AOV.
Number of doors covered per day.
Number of doors converted per day.
New doors added per week.
3 - 7 years of experience in sales of Ayurvedic products
Should have Excellent communication skills
Should have worked for at least 3 years in Bangalore market
SALARY STRUCTURE -
18K TO 25K plus additional incentives on achievement of KPI’s
