Job Description

Location - Kharadi
Sale of apartments, responsible for making calls to potential customers.
Attend walk in customer and explain the product and show the sample flat.
Follow up to close the deal.Handle Enquiry & Payment follow up. Regular Weekly reporting to Senior Management for all the properties under sale and marketing efforts made so far.
Manage customer expectations and contribute to a high level of customer satisfaction.
Need to generate principle sanction letter before agreement.
In case of short margin collect PDC.
Coordination with legal department regarding agreement.
Need to attend exhibition as per instruction.
Follow up for required documents for principle sanction letter & payment disbursement from bank.


Rules:-

Office Timing :- Weekdays :- 10.00 am to 7.00 pm (Incase required will have to stay for extended hours )
Weekly off :- Other than Saturday, Sunday & Festive Days
No leaves will be allowed during festive days & Saturday Sundays
