Designation Executive Payroll & Administration
Location Mumbai
Purpose of the role The executive payroll will be responsible for management & administration of the company payroll procedures, ensuring compliance and accuracy in monthly Payroll activities with timely and accurate delivery of payroll.
Duties & Responsibilities Prepares payroll by calculating pay and maintaining payroll records
Calculation of Income Tax dues of the employees on a monthly basis
Maintains human resources records for all the employees by maintaining records like new joinees details, leave records, attendance records, transfer, termination, change in job classifications, employee status
Prepare the salary structure and recording the salary details for salary processing
Preparing payment report Bank Upload (Salary upload format).
Check reports of statutory dues including TDS, Prof. Tax, Provident Fund, ESIC etc, and report to reporting manager every months regarding the payroll processing.
Concentrating on Payment of wages / pay structure.
Annual variable payments/ Incentives & disbursement of bonus
Responsible for end to end payroll process i.e. from collecting / uploading attendance data till the submitting the data to the accounts for salary disbursement.

Skills Required Well versed with statutory compliances
Good Communication skills
Ability to work individually
Can work under pressure
Core Competencies Good team player and collaborator, highly committed to quality & timely deliverables.
Should have handled payroll processing above 250 employees.
Solving queries regarding salary, PF deduction, income tax
Sharing information with the new employees to understand Investment declarations & tax calculation process.
Handling operational activities, joining and exit formalities.
Handling Full & Final Settlement of employees.
Manage the HRMS, maintain employee records, manage joining formalities and documentation and reports.
