Job Description

A. Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Interior Design.
B. Good Communication and presentation skills.
C. Extensive experience in Design Management for about 5-6 years.
D. Should be well versed with Auto CAD, 3Dmax with V-Ray, Google Sketch up, (planning, elevation and Design).
E. Decision making & problem solving skills.
F. Should be capable enough to handle manpower team handling experience.
1. Organise and supervise the activities and work of subordinates to ensure that all work within Interior Design area is carried out in an efficient manner which is consistent with operating procedures and policy.
2. Ensure interior designs selections are feasible, practical, appropriate for the project, meet the end-user needs and are cost effective.
3. Contribute to the preparation of the quotation, ensuring that the same is approved by the client.
4. Innovating new ideas and new designs.
5. Ensuring New design development as per specify targets
6. Coordinating for Design approval with the clients.
7. Identify problem areas and recommend solutions as required.
8. Traveling to outstation sites for QC.
9. Visiting on sites for checking overall site work.
10. Checking and sanctioning the travelling of interior designer.
11. Ensuring prompt installation management.
12. Handling overall designing work.
