Job Description

Responsible for Manpower requirement in the Head Office,branch & assigned region as well.
Search & Empanel new sources of recruitment & coordination with Consultants.
Short listing CVs from Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn & promote employee referral.
Identifying vacancies, post open job, mass mailing, screen, interview & match applicant with open
Timely closure of all positions.
Salary negotiation.
Joining Formalities:
Manage the documentation check process which involves background, reference checks & verification of
candidates documents.
Maintaining recruitment MIS for selected candidates till on boarding with regular follow up.
Maintain the HR files such as employee personal files, recruitment file, PF related documents at
the district level
Employee Engagement:
Timely resolution of Employee Grievances.
Celebrations Every festival, other company events, employee birthday & regular birthday mailers.
Maintain the existing employees and take the feedback from them for new implications.
Taking care of bank account opening for new joinees.
Schedule the training batch for new joinees with in-house trainer.
Make the coordination with various departments for employee issues.
HR Operations:
Responsible for Issuing Warning Letters, Absenteeism notice & PIP Letters suggested by the reporting
Tracking attendance & maintaining leave records.
Payroll Management including PF, ESI, Gratuity , Bonus & Overtime calculation.
Responsible for Generating Challan and payment for PF & ESI.
Designing CTC of the employees, Offer Letter, Appointment &, Experience Letter & Salary Revision Letter.
Keeping track of Confirmations, Appraisals & Increments of Employees.
Coordinate with accounts department for processing the salaries of new employees on time.
Exit Management Conducting exit interviews, Retention of employees, Follow up with Head Office till
complete exit of employees..
Purchase and maintain inventory of office equipment, stationery and administer maintenance contracts of
office equipment and facilities.
Making Travel Arrangements for management and employees.
Coordinate and maintain records for staff office space, phones, parking, etc.
Setup and coordinate meetings and conferences.
Maintain the records of Mails, Courier and Attendance register of employees.
Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the managemet
