JOB RESPONSIBILITY :
- Ã Devise roadmap for expansion into new regions; Increased revenue by on-boarding B2B clients
- Ã Liaising and negotiating with 3PL courier partners; Ensuring TAT, NDR handling and Account management of clients. Analyzing each accounts for remittance and bill settlement. Focus on increasing market distribution, and cultivating relationships through the sales cycle and beyond.
- Ã Focus in building new business, increasing customer loyalty, and forging strong relationships with external clients.
- Ã Building alliances with Brands along with large distributors, across various product verticals.
- Ã Overseeing Complete account management activities at PAN India level.
- Ã Timely clearance of bills from the clientâs end.
- Ã Handling queries on business association and facilitate on boarding.
- Ã Handling Pan India Operations and India Post Operations as well.
- Ã Managing Partners to smooth operations and ensuring 100% Connection to be done as per given SLA.
- Ã Daily follow up in order to getting closure of shipments.
- Ã Planning of business model in order to succeed the reduce the operation cost.
