Location: New Delhi

Customer Success Associate is a critical part of our mission to deliver timely, accurate and professional customer service to all users. This vital position requires an action-oriented, flexible problem-solver who will assist customers in expediting registrations and correcting post-sale problems. Associate will communicate with customers primarily via phone, email and chat, and utilize a variety of software tools to get customers on-board, and help them succeed.
