Manage schedules and deadlines of all the routine Admin work

Asset Management for the zone

Vendor Management, Housekeeping Management, Security Management.

Good negotiation skills with vendor

Monitoring of all Housekeeping, Pantry, Stationery consumables and ensure reordering.

Ensuring timely payment of electricity bill, staff office rent and other bills

Renewal of all agreement & AMC before expire

Preparation of technical and financial Bids as per the tenders.

Managing samples if required.

Finalization of the tender as per the tender clause.

Company Vehicle Management and Tracking.

Responsible for Organizing sales visits

Managing stocks of equipment, consumable and other suppliers

Maintain record of asset and software

Research the market and related products

To work independently, solve problems, qualify systems within given scope, time, and schedule
